Canyon Ranch Cooking Class

Today we had the most fabulous time at Sur La Table doing a private cooking class for Jen Mitchell Travel clients!  Canyon Ranch hosted a fun and educational cooking class for a group of women who love to travel.  JP Morgan Private Bank and the Irvin Group partnered with our concierge travel agency and invited their VIP Naples clients for this complimentary client appreciation event.  We were divided into groups of three and cooked two recipes out of the Canyon Ranch cookbook.  We cooked a Candied Pecan-Crusted Chicken with Maple Demi-Glace which was absolutely delicious.  We served it with the Cauliflower Fritters on the side.  I think my kids would absolutely love this meal!  Then we created a pear and blue cheese flatbread.  I think this had to be my favorite.  The combination of the savory and sweet was perfection. The ladies had such a great time together and getting to make new friends.  We will definitely be doing another cooking class as I think it was a hit! Hopefully all the ladies will join us for our women’s trip to Canyon Ranch October 1-5.
