The evening after our Virtuoso meeting we were invited as guests to attend a tasting event at the SLS South Beach. We had an amazing time at one of the hotest celebrity chef tastings in Miami.  The SLS transformed tents into pop up restaurants utilizing all of their outdoor space.  The food was to die for and the VIP event gave us the oppurtunity to meet the chefs with smaller crowds.  One of our favorites were the Lobster Ravioli by Michael Schwartz who is set to open their new restuarant Fila at SLS Brickell. Another dish that lit up our taste buds was the Dragonfruit Ceviche from Tito Vargas chef of the Bazaar by Jose Andres. Wills favorite was the grilled Octopus by Steve Rhee at the anticipated opening of Kiki.
