In keeping up with the cruise industry I find it important to take regular trips to the Miami and Fort Lauderdale ports in order to visit the luxury cruise ships my clients sail on. This month I drove over to Fort Lauderdale and visited the Silver Cloud. This is the smallest ship in the Silversea fleet and most intimate. My personal favorite suite on this ship is the Silver Suite being a perfect size and allows for some seperation between the sleeping area and living area.

Jen Mitchell Travel's first event of the season was a complete success. On Monday we had the most fabulous event with Epic Private Journeys. We had the perfect size group so that everyone could get a chance to speak with Kevin and Pedro. Many of our travelers had a chance to get to know each other while others caught up since the last time we met. I must thank Connie and Gary for sharing their personal travel photos with us from their trip to Australia, Singapore and New Zealand coordinated with Epic.

After a recent conversation with a client I feel inspired to blog about the value in using a really good travel advisor. I would also say that is not a one size fits all match when it comes to travel agents and clients. There are many different types of travel agents out there and for now I will just talk about how I work with my clients. I call myself an advisor because I am just that.
