Think Park City for Summer

Written by: Irene Tribuiani

If you have ever had a chance to make your way out west, one of the places that never disappoints and is close to my heart is to the beautiful state of Utah, and the small quaint town of Park City. Some might think that Park City is only a winter destination because it offers “The Best Snow on Earth,” but in reality it also boasts a host of activities for Summer. With hiking, mountain biking, camping and zip lining, there is a multitude of activities for the entire family.

Four Seasons Palm Beach

ROOMS: The Four Seasons Palm beach has 210 rooms. Our room was the Premier Ocean View room and we loved it! The room was spacious and had clean ivory tones with pops of blue to match the water. Shower was fabulous with excellent pressure and dual sinks which was great for our family of four. There was a cute little set of bath amenities for the kids including bubble bath!

BodyHoliday St. Lucia

Set scene: exit plane at St. Lucia airport and whisked away by helicopter for a fantastically scenic ride to BodyHoliday.  Once we arrived on property we were given a glass of something cold to drink and a nice cool towel.  I was escorted to my room by a very friendly BodyHoliday staff member.  This was the first of many very genuinely friendly interactions I had at the resort.  If there was one thing I could take back with me to share with friends and clients it would be the awesome people of BodyHoliday.

Ms Savor Review-The Blue Danube

I want to thank Jen Mitchell Travel for helping us with our recent Danube River cruise. We had a fabulous time!  Tauck delivered a very nice product. The little unexpected "extras" they provided were a nice touch. Each night on the riverboat we received a small gift - chocolates, hand cream, etc.  They also purchased paprika (in Hungary) and mustard (in Germany) for all guests. And more than once, provided samples of local food products in the lounge.

Silversea Silver Cloud

In keeping up with the cruise industry I find it important to take regular trips to the Miami and Fort Lauderdale ports in order to visit the luxury cruise ships my clients sail on.  This month I drove over to Fort Lauderdale and visited the Silver Cloud.  This is the smallest ship in the Silversea fleet and most intimate.  My personal favorite suite on this ship is the Silver Suite being a perfect size and allows for some seperation between the sleeping area and living area.

Oceania Nautica Part 4

Crossing the Equator: Sometime last night we crossed the Equator.  From the beginning of time seafarers have partaken in ancient ceremonial initiations for crossing specific navigational parallel's on the globe.  Such practices are so vintage in origin that their derivation has been lost, but it is believed that invitations in such secret societies began in the Middle Ages, and it is possible that it began with the Vikings.
