Jen was very careful to understand exactly what we were trying to accomplish with our trip, as well as what our tolerances were with regard to additional adventures she might recommend. Her attention to detail, and the little "extras" she recommended were spot on. Our trip planning began many months prior to the actual event, and she was personally involved with us throughout the trip planning, trip preparation, and the final, last minute details. She was a pleasure to work with.
