Last year, we decided to start marching through our “must-do” travel list: first up, a cruise through the inside passage of Alaska. I researched agents and found Jen Mitchell, a cruise specialist with vast knowledge of Alaska.
Jen immediately understood that this was a breakthrough trip for us and she pulled out all of the stops. We had first-class accommodations at sea, on land, and in the air; the shore excursions she put together far surpassed any the ship was offering. The entire experience, start to finish, was the “trip of a lifetime” and we are hooked, not just on travel but on Jen-travel. We trust her completely to fulfill our dreams and exceed our expectations; we cannot wait for the next trip and the next trip and the next trip with Jen’s able hands directing the shows.
