Four days on South Caicos with the chef behind the Michelin-Recognized Bicyclette Cookshop, a James Beard semifinalist and Chopped champion. Expect live fire cooking on the pier, a boat to a secluded cay, a seat in the Penthouse kitchen, and a seafood dinner at dusk by the spa pool. Much of the week has no set menu; the chefs cook with what the island offers that day.
