Outstanding Overseas Family Trip

Jen has planned multiple trips overseas for our family of 6 and the level of care and attention to detail has been outstanding. Family South African Safari

We used Jen Mitchell Travel to book our family trip to Africa. We had an extremely positive experience. She listened to our interests and planned a truly epic trip that our family will never forget. From the moment we got off the plane we were taken care of at a VIP level. Everything was very well organized and this created a stress free environment. All transports were timely and the drivers were knowledgeable and provided valuable travel information. While on safari in Timbavati at Simbavati River Lodge, all of the people were extremely kind and considerate. We had amazing sightings from the very first day. We then went on to Cape Town where we had an incredible tour guide who remained flexible with our plans and had excellent suggestions while giving us unforgettable experiences. We hiked Table Mountain, saw seals and African penguins, and explored the Cape of Good Hope. We felt very cared for and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be booking with Jen Mitchell Travel again in the future. 

Ferrari Winter Corso Pilota

An amazing experience from start to finish. My husband and I tripped around norther and southern Italy for 10 days. This included 5 hotels and several car transfers. Each hotel greeted us with VIP style and with the upmost respect. They knew our names and continued to address us in this manner everyday. Each concierge had gone above and beyond to accommodate meal planning and spa appointments. The food tour in Bologna we were accompanied by a very knowledgeable and bubbly tour guide who made our day with some of the best food in the region. Each driver spoke very good English, which always makes it easier when trying to navigate through a different country. They always had water and snacks available in the vehicle. When we returned back to the States, Jen and her team had the hotel Peninsula in NY make us a wonderful welcome basket that contained cookies with Ferrari's painted on them, it was so cute and very much appreciated. We will always use Jen Mitchell for all of our travel needs. Easy Breezy was the theme of this wonderful vacation.

Carefree & Hassle Free Tour of Italy 

Words can’t describe the trip that Jen booked for us recently to Italy. Fabulous, luxurious , exclusive,  mostly describe it but the overall feeling was fun , carefree and hassle free. We had walking tours to eat & drink like the locals, golf cart tours with skip the line access to sights, wine tours of private vineyards,  expert escorts & guides throughout the country.
We were referred to Jen by a friend and put our trust in her recommendations and boy did that pay off! The hotels, the tours, the restaurants she booked were exactly what we were looking for. This was the trip of our lifetime. Can’t wait to book with her again, next up, Germany.

Flawless Family Vacation to Europe

Our family trip this summer with Jen Mitchell Travel was absolutely perfect. We visited Amsterdam, Sorrento, Ravello, Capri, and Pompeii in Naples, and every aspect of the journey exceeded our expectations. Our guides introduced us to local culinary gems, ensuring we experienced the best of Italian cuisine.
