Jen Mitchell founder of Jen Mitchell Travel is very definitely a hands on owner. My family has used Jen’s Travel on two occasions. Jen worked tirelessly talking with people on land on sea and even arranging air travel. Though my daughter and I are well travelled across the seven continents, we are not easy clients to put in place. Traveling with a tour company is easy - pick the agency, pick the country and then you do and see whatever the itinerary says. This was not how Jen worked with us. We told her we wanted a few days in Cape Town So Africa and a week on safari. Jen juggled our dates, our hotel choices and safari camps until she was able to give us exactly what we wanted. We were thrilled with her choices and the easy flow of transportation arranged. Once we left the states and Jen, we never had to decide on anything again. We were our own tiny tour group. I highly recommend Jen Mitchell Travel to everyone who wants to fulfill a dream abroad.
