40 Year Anniversary at The Bungalows in Key Largo 

My wife and I spent a week in April 2026 at the Bungalows celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. We stayed in a beachfront bungalow with an amazing view. The rooms are very well appointed and very quiet as there is no attached unit beside, above or below! From check-in to check-out 7 days later, the staff was welcoming, accommodating and available for every need. The different areas and pools of the property allow privacy, fun times and great activities.

The food and restaurants were of a high quality and the service prompt and polite. We made our meal reservations when we reserved the rooms and were seated within minutes of our reservation time.
Our two adult children and their spouses joined us for two nights. We had arranged a private beach anniversary celebration dinner with Chef Juan, F&B manager Chase and Lina one of the managers. We’ve traveled around the world and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences in atmosphere, dining and service. Our server Madelyn was outstanding. She anticipated each course and wine tasting masterfully and made our experience even more memorable.

We took advantage of the water and boating experiences. The management made arrangements with a local fishing guide, Captain Jeremy. He put us on fish in the Florida Bay for a great day. Captain Tiki toured us on an exploration ride through the area and Captain Austin took the whole family for a day catamaran sail and snorkel. All boats were well cared for and we had prearranged food and beverage which was on board and high quality.

We spent time in the family rooms and of course at the Bogey and Bacall bar where bartender Benz took excellent care of us. Highly recommended property and we’ll return soon and often!
