I have worked through Jen on several trips including Africa, New Zealand, and the South Pacific. As a single traveler in my 80's, I need someone I can always depend on should there be any problems. Jen takes care of everything. Should any issues arise, Jen is right there, available to take care of anything, big or small. With travel, there will always be issues, but I feel that Jen is right there next to me the whole time. I just have to show up at the airport knowing my trip will be amazing. There is no way I could do the traveling I do without Jen. So grateful to have found her and I look forward to many more fabulous trips through Jen. She is the best!
