I had never used a travel agent before but I wanted to fulfill my number one bucket list trip to Africa and felt that I needed help this time. Good fortune led to to Jen after reading the reviews on Yelp. Rarely have I ever encountered the level of service I received from Jen. She is always quick to respond and held my hand throughout the entire process. Because of her, the arrangements were flawless. I was in touch with her throughout the entire trip and it gave me great comfort to know she was always there. Her suggestions prior to the trip were invaluable. As a solo female senior traveler, I could not have taken on a trip of this magnitude without her. She truly does care about her clients. I felt she was with me every step of the way. She even went above and beyond to help me with a few challenges I had while in Africa. Because of Jen I had the trip of a lifetime. I will never plan one in the future without her help. Thanks, Jen!
