2020 Silversea Galapagos Cancellation due to COVID

I send a big shout out to Jen and her travel team for helping sort out our big October 2020 Silverseas cruise to the Galapagos Islands which we had to cancel due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We decided to put off this trip until the world was in a better place but not knowing when this would occur decided to recoup our financial outlay. The travel team worked with the various airlines and hotels and refunded all of our costs with a few small exceptions we knew going in would not be able to be refunded. We were very pleased with the outcome and hope to make this trip another time. Hats off to Jen and her great team!
