When I think of where I would want to send clients on a romantic getaway, I think Twin Farms. This place is just so darn special! They are members of Relais & Châteaux so the food and wine are a real experience. The cottages are all unique and special in their own way. We went in the winter which was amazing since we are in Florida and it’s a winter wonderland over there in December. I would love to return in any of the other seasons as each season has great activities to offer. Outdoor activities range from hiking, biking and fly-fishing to snowshoeing, sledding, and downhill and cross-country skiing. Golf, gallery-hopping and shopping in Woodstock are all nearby. The property is for adults only so it’s a nice quiet escape for couples. We have two kids so it was nice to get that peace and quiet for a weekend getaway. Everything from the fine wines to excellent cuisine are included in the rates. You can even set up a romantic private dinner in the wine cellar. Take this from me. this property needs to be on your list.
