Honeymoon at Excellence El Carmen Resort in Punta Cana

My wife and I just had the best time of our lives at the Excellence El Carmen resort in Punta Cana, DR. This was all because of Irene Tribuiani. She did such an amazing job finding this place for us. She was very attentive to our every need and genuinely wanted to make sure we had the best time of our lives. She surely accomplished her goal and exceeded our expectations. Italian Escapade

Vow Renewal at the Four Seasons Bora Bora

Jen just wanted to say thanks again for assisting with the travel arrangements. The trip was awesome. The place is obviously beautiful, but the people are beautiful as well…their hearts are so pure and humble. The Four Seasons Bora Bora was an amazing place. Wedding was truly one-of-a-kind. We felt so connected with the local tribe officiating the ceremony.

New Zealand Adventure

We will be sorry to leave New Zealand and our Awesome Adventure. I can’t thank you enough for creating an itinerary that was perfectly suited to our family. We loved every minute of it. In fact, when asked what was our “favorite” we truthfully could say all of it! Thank you for the kiwis and the wonderful books, which will become a permanent part of our coffee table decor. Mother/Daughter Trip to London and Paris

Jen did a tremendous job. I heard from her daily until our trip was complete. She gave us a great hotel recommendation in London (Marylebone). She also secured play tickets, train tickets and private tours for us. It made our trip very successful.

Tauck River Cruise

I want to thank you for helping us with our recent Danube River cruise. We had a fabulous time! Tauck delivered a very nice product. The little unexpected "extras" they provided were a nice touch. Each night on the riverboat we received a small gift - chocolates, hand cream, etc. They also purchased paprika (in Hungary) and mustard (in Germany) for all guests. And more than once, provided samples of local food products in the lounge.We loved our suite on the riverboat. Tauck personnel were extremely personable, respectful, and helpful. Thanks too for notifying the tour company in London of our potential delay from there. They called my cell to offer their services after we arrived. How nice! Thanks again so very much for your assistance. I loved the way you handled things from the very beginning of our planning all the way through execution. I will definitely reach out to you again with future travel needs.

Cruise on Regent Seven Seas Navigator

Jim and I just want to express our sincere appreciation to you for making our trip to Alaska one we will always remember!!! Alaska Cruise and Tour on Regent

Jen, thank you for a trip of a lifetime, it just can't be put in words. Everything ran like clockwork and the app your furnished (Axus) was so helpful. We loved meeting you and Will. What a treat to have you escort our group!!! I did talk with Ricky about having you assist our group for our trip to Amsterdam. She is hopeful!!!! I am too. AMA Waterways Christmas Time Cruise

We just came back from a 2 week holiday in Europe, which started with a river cruise on the Danube from Budapest to Nuremberg with Amawaterways and ended with 5 days in Berlin. Jen organized the whole trip for us and even though it was on very short notice and highly customized for our needs she did an outstanding job and we would highly recommend her. Jen works very hard to ensure she understands our likes and dislikes, which leads her to recommend only items that we are interested in and minimizes wasted time. Once the trip is booked, Jen is still with us all the way and we always feel like we're in the best hands, for example our flight to Budapest got delayed and thus I informed Jen from the airport in Munich so she could inform the cruise company to re-arrange our transfers in case we didn't make our connection, it was a Sunday night for Jen and she was immediately on the case and took care of everything. We can only highly recommend Jen to anyone!
